Lumina is a trading style of Commercial Services Trading Ltd, a company wholly-owned by Kent County Council. This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be used.

– Data that you provide when you complete our online Quick Enquiry form and Request a Quote form.
– Data that you provide when signing up to our monthly newsletters and regular email notifications.
– If we contact each other by phone, all inbound and outbound calls will be recorded for training purposes.
– If we contact each other in writing, we may keep a record of the correspondence on file.
– If you voluntarily complete a customer survey we will retain the information for research purposes.
– If you voluntarily provide feedback/testimonials or participate in any online competition we may keep a record of that correspondence on file.

We would like to send you information about our products and services, latest news and updates. Throughout our website there are online forms. At the end of each form you will be asked if you’d like to opt-in to receive our monthly marketing newsletter. We will only send you our newsletter if you have opted-in or signed up to receive the newsletter via the specific newsletter form. Any other data you have given for quoting or contacting purposes will remain for that use only.

What emails will I receive?
All updates on our product and service, latest news and events are sent by electronic newsletter. They will only be sent to the email address you have provided and opted in to receive. All emails sent by us, Lumina, and will be clearly marked as originating from us. You can also contact us at any point on the Contact Information provided above with your wishes to unsubscribe from our marketing communications.
